My life is extremely important. You must follow it in every detail. You must learn from my successes. Because I don't have any failures. And you must tell me how much you have learned.

no....
i said i wasn't going to explain.
Now, you're telling everybody. Is this an attempt to become one with the online universe?
If it wasn't totally insignificant, you would immediately forget it, let alone write it in a blog. I think I recognise the significance of doing such a thing. Like farting in a supposedly desolate hall in an office, or, more subtle: talking aloud to myself. Something you don't want witnesses for, but still you have a witness: yourself, which gives the tension, no matter how unimportant the act seems.
This must be related to what we call confession-literature (and maybe reality show interviews): we enjoy to share things that are - by social standards - not supposed to be shared, although everyone will do more or less of these things.
I wonder how much influence there is of religion, as many religious people are used to the thought and at least possibility that Someone is always looking over your shoulder. Does this fictitious Someone strengthen your selfawareness? Or is it the other way around: did our selfawareness result in this 'higher' projection?
Bye,
René
