today i made a crackhead laugh. he was flipping off people he thought were celebrating columbus day. he was wearing a t-shirt that said "honor indian treaties," and flipping off people out and about not doing crack. i said "i'm just laid-off, not celebrating the slaughter of native americans," to him. and he laughed. and then the coffee truck guy gave him a free drink because while he was laughing, he dropped his beer on the sidewalk. are you saying an almost smile is better than that?
I almost smiled today.
